Advice is normally free. If I cannot offer free advice I will let you know. This would only be the case if the matter was very complex and needed a lot of time to consider before I could advise. 

Representation is normally on a no win no fee basis and is never more than one third. If I cannot offer no win no fee representation for your case then we would discuss how much it might cost you and you can decide.
